Hey Mr. Ntlayoff. There is no such question as a dumb question. I must apologize, not Loop Status. I meant to type "Line Pool" has a Y/N setting. It also has a setting for the Line Pool Pri-A/Pri-B. I changed the Line Pool setting from No to Yes and everything works fine. My mistake and I apologize.
