Installed a BCM50 the other day. Did all progrmming with element manager and call piolet interface. Went to add another mailbox and found out that the password for F983 did not work. Reset password, tried different steps.
What am I missing? :bang:

Figured it out. Forgot that the log was the user ID.
If all else fails, use a BFH.
