Hi,
We are using v 2.4.344.1.61 of the Nortel Reporting. It has been working very well.
However, beginning yesterday, if you go to run any AGENT reports, the reporting tool is not recording any inbound calls the agents have taken.
You can run any other reports without difficulty. (IE: Summary Report) However, any agent reports do not show data.
Has anyone encountered this before and if so, what is the fix?

New issue also.
I ran reports fine for Dec 4th. Today, when trying to run reports for Dec 5th, none of the skillsets are displayed. Do you know how to fix this? I tried rebooting the server, but no luck.

Contact Center Status: InvalidRequest
