Guys, I have a customer who I just relocated his CICS (he moved offices). After the move he informed me "I would like for you to install my voicemail for me as well please". There was no voicemail attached/installed. Apparently the guy that came down to install it for them didnt complete the install so he just left it there in a box, half configured. How do i reset it so i can complete the install so these guys can get voicemail ?
