I have a site that has a MICS with PRI. They have been running smooth for about five years and now a few times a day they are unable to make calls. They dial 9 then the number and the phone releases on them when they enter the last digit. The second time they try, it works. I'm curious if someone else has seen this problem before I start throwing parts at it. :bang:
Thanks, Jeff

The first thought that crossed my mind was there maybe a bad channel. All calls work until you hit the bad channel. You can try to deprovision the channels so that it only uses one at a time until you find the bad one. Of course it could be something else.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

More info on this problem.
I can make two calls without any problems. When I place the third call it disconnects every time.
