I have a customer with 4 locations. It is a car dealership. Right now, all sites have voicemail and uses auto att with a ccr tree to route calls to sales, service, parts, and buisness office. All the sites have mics/cics and they are not connectted right now. They want to add a 5th site that answers all calls for all the sales departments and only the sales dept. So the ccr will still say press 1 for sales, but instead of ringing in house it will need to go to the 5th site, or call center. If we replace with BCM's, can we accomplish this with the centralized voicemail? Or, what would be the best way to solve this problem? We have thought about voip gateways, but that is not very clean and the equipment needed would be very expensive as well. We have considered a totally voip system, but with the BCM's they can keep their phones and cut that cost. One other question. With the centralized voicemail, can you administer grettings from any of the sites?

You can link MICS 6.0 and higher and use a centralized voice mail with point to point PRI. CICS will not network.
