Are you calling a line or DN? Is there more than one line in the hunt group from the telco?
Setting private or public will make no difference if there is only one line in the group and it's busy. It will be busy.

Duh! Didn't catch it right of the bat. If the line assigned to the phone is a single line (i.e not hunting to another line), you will get busy. Think about it, if you didn't have call waiting at home and you received a 2nd call, you get busy. RRRGGGG!!!!

Again thanks fellas. That's why it works at the office and not at the client. The office has call waiting and on the line being used at the cliet doe snot. Thanks again.
