Can anyone tell me where to find the prompt to
return to the AA in the call pilot?

my customer has asked to be able to transfer out
to another extension when listing to a mailbox greeting. When i push * while in the mailbox i hear "thank you good by". So i believe if i change the return to aa prompt to yes this will resolve the problem. I cant seem to find it in programing.

Look under F983, press AA, then I think you'll press Table, enter 1, and it's somewhere in there. I'm at home so I'm doing this from memory.

From the Admin screen press AA, GRTG, AA and Return to AA:_ should be the first choice. Change it to Y and you're set.
