I have a customer with a MICS and they would like to be able to forward a phone off premise to their house, cell etc. I have set this up before using line redirection but they have a PRI and I am unable to select a line to perform this function.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

You may be able to use external call forward. Since you already have routes set up with a PRI you should be able to do F4, dial 9 (or whatever destination code you use for local calls), then enter the phone number at the customer's house. Make sure that redirect is allowed for the phone being forwarded.

I have the same issue, does the carrier need to activate something. I can get it to Call Fwd-External using feature 4 and Feature 84 only iob ibternal calls. If I call in from a cell or an outside call, I get a dialtone and then eventually a fast biusy.
