Basically there are to departments set up on a huge bcm setup!
Request -When a caller calls dept.(b) and gets the joint auto attendant, then proceeds to press (0) the call then forwards to dept.(a) operator!!!!!
What would like to happen- when a phone call comes in to dept(a) and the cleint proceeds to press (0) they would like to get the dept (a) operator which currently happens.
request- Would like to get the same actions on dept(b) as well?
im sure there is a way to fix this can someone point me in the right direction!

Set up an identical Auto Attendant for dept B. Then set the Target Attendant for this new AA Table to go to the operator for dept B.
In other words - as an Example.....
Dept A
......Table 1, Greeting 1, Attendant x225
Dept B
......Table 2, Greeting 2, Attendant x244
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
