I have a BCM 4.0 400 connected to the customer's LAN and they have a T1 with a Cisco PIX 503 firewall/router.
I asked their CG to open and forward ports 5989, 443 and 60001 to the BCM IP. He confirmed he did so.
I verified the BCM IP is good and the next hop router is correct.
Naturally, I still can't connect with element mgr. I tested this out with my own netgear router and it worked fine. Is that Cisco PIX going to need some extra configuring or need additional ports to be opened. What can I look for or ask to be sure it's been done correctly?
