When I try to open a wizards option for some reason it does not open it. For example, I try to open the DN Renumbering wizard and it does not open it. I have had the problem that it did open it, it was just in the background. I don't have popup blocker on and I have tried a few different things. Any ideas?

The problem was an add-on in IE7.

Check your version of Java. Update 6 doesn't play nicely with BCMs. Remove it and go back to update 5.12 if this is the case. Available free from the Sun Microsystems site.
