I have a customer with a CICS 6.1 that has a call log capacity of forty items on her T7316E. No one else at the business uses call logging.
To view the most recently viewed items, she has to access the F812 * and then scroll through forty entries.
F812 # appears to only work on NEW calls, once they have been viewed, if you access this feature it says - No New Calls.
I'm thinking there is or should be a feature that would allow her to view the most recently viewed calls first, without having to scroll through all of them, but I can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Once a log is viewed it no longer new (accessed by *). It can only be viewed as an old log (accessed by #) and unfortunately it shows the oldest 1st. To keep the log a minimum, either reduce it's size or get her to erase unneeded entries.
