Do you guys charge a premium on fiber terminations? Or do you simply charge your going hourly rate?

For several years I paid someone to term any fiber that we installed. I bought a kit, connectors and termed my first cable. 12 terminations. They all worked! The going rate here is 50 per term. The first term job paid for the kit! If I have questions I refer to my video tape. The kits they have out now are almost fool proof. We charge 75 per termination.
