Hi! I got a problem on our clients site. they complain that their phones get busted(dead) when they put new phones in their office. they say that the phone will only lasts for 3-9 days and the phone is dead. we did try to go to the site and made some test and found out that there is no problem from the system and our best hint on the problem is from the cabling itself from the MDF to the offices.
I just wanted to get your opinions on what might other possible causes for this problem.

by the way, they uses option 11 and their phone units is M3092

thanks.....

Isn't there some sort of firmware update that has to be run on 3900 series phones. Been a while since I did a lot of Option work.
