Hi Guys. Just got a new laptop Lenovo T60 has no com ports just USB It came with a USB Serial Parallel Adapter to give me a com port. Problem is when I use Norstar programming tools to do a backup with a fastRad there is only an option for hooking up to com ports. I have tried all the com ports and get a message "could not open com port ? Port not supported" Has anyone had this problem. I don't know if Nortel makes a FastRad USB Thanks Rik
