I have set up a transfer to VM key F 986. When they use the VMT key they have to dial the extention as opposed to hitting the one touch intercom buttom for each user that is set up on the phones-Is there a work arround for this---Can they use a button for each extention for VMT ?

No, the internal autodial buttons are extensions only. When you do F986 it is looking for a mailbox. The extension and the mailbox are 2 different things. You cannot have a one touch mailbox button.
