The 2050 ip phone works perfect in house with voice on a BCM50. When I take it to a remote location ,I connect and can access lines and buttons and time and date BUT no voice thru headset at all, all ports on router are open (confirmed) and RTP in on at my ISP because they provide phones thru the cable service also. Yes the headset works it is brand new.I would love some suggestions.

On every IP product I work on if there is data but no voice the TCP ports are working but the UDP ports are blocked.

I've also opened those ports but could never get the phone to work 100%. Have you tried a VPN? The VPN works every time.

Haven't tried a VPN yet didn't think I needed one
using a laptop, but that will be my last resort.
