Have MICS 4.0 s/w and Nam that had analog lines and we just cut over to a PRI now the stations that had Out Call notification on their v/m now don't ..THE options I'm given are Line,LinePool or none.TIA And Marv thanks for all the help on the hunt group prob works great.

Hmmm, didn't know you could put a pri on 4.0.
My guess is none, since pri are accessed through destination codes and routes. so what ever your dest code is place this in the field with the out bound notification number 95551212

OOPS MY Mistake its a 4.1 (SP-30NdG15) system version, the number for outdial starts with 9xxx but is using pool which now it doesn't have.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you're are going to have to upgrade the voice mail to version that has route as an outbound option. Or put in an analog line whose sole purpose is external message notification. Older voicemails (pre PRI) have only Line and pool as the out call option.
