I had a customer today that had a line tied up by the voicemail system. Disconnected the line from the system and powered down the StarTalk. When I powered the voicemail back up everything was lost. I know this happens sometimes with these systems so I was fully prepared to reprogram it. When I entered F983 it asked for password instead of log. All the F98- are active but I can't get anywhere. Any ideas?

It has defaulted.....you need to re-initialize it.
