I have run into a few of these recently. Phone is no longer displaying the name (who their calling or who is calling them) when receiving or making an internal phone call.

Below is an example of one of the TN's with an issue.

Yes it is a programming issue. Look at the NTPs. Items in CLS that end in D are DENIED. Those that end in A are ALLOWED. The NTPs have the items listed in their allow/deny form with explanation.
