For quality purposes I need to record incoming calls on my Nortel system, can this be done?

Danny_Ocean is correct, but you would need external equipment if you have a StarTalk voicemail. Algo Solutions would be my suggestion. If you can upgrade the voicemail to a CallPilot, you can press a feature while on the call and record the conversation and it becomes a voicemail message in your box.

The voicemail record option in a Call Pilot is limited to a few minutes. Not sure, maybe that is selected in the class of service for the mailbox.

We did that on a problem call once. Started the recording feature before the call was answered. After 3 minutes of discussion, the CP said "end of recording" or something to that effect. That changed the tone of the whole conversation!

We use Algo Solutions here and are happy with it.

There are digital recorders that common to the extension, but they are expensive.
