When going into Call Pilot -System Admin -Service Admin -Open App Builder - Open {file}
In the file, when the user clicks on one of the blocks and then right clicks and goes to the properites in order to edit she is getting the NMVCLUI.EXE error - assetion failed (m_plitemsym->RefCnt>0), file src\nmui\src\nmvcitem.cpp, line 286.
I remoted into the system and received the same error when trying.
Obviously there is some wrong with the program but I do not know the cause or the fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You,
Troy

If you are trying to access the appl. builder from the montitor and keyboard, I don't think you can. You need to be connecting via the remote connection. Are you coming in on a modem or ethernet? What is the software of the call pilot and M1 system?
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

Have you tried rebooting the call pilot or even the entire Opt 11?

No I have not. I did find this:
go to D:/Nortel/file transfer - delete any files in this folder

sorry, call pilot was rebooted. Looking into it further, it is just one block in the app that is receiving this error when trying to edit it. Changes can be made to any other block with out errors. My guess, is that it is corrupted in some way, I have advised to delete and re-create that portion.
Thank You,
Troy

This is still and issue. I am really stuck with this one. Having a hard time finding a tech for that area to help with this issue. Any other suggestions would be great!
