I received a quote and I have 2 locations. The first one has 100 telephones and has been quoted a CS1000E and the second location has 150 phones and has been quoted an Option 11C. It seems the Option 11C is "old school." Why wouldn't I install CS1000E's at each location.

Cost and need. I install the 11Cs when a customer wants bang for the buck without breaking the bank. As long as it is Rls 25 or higher and they aren't looking at massive IP apps then the 11C will suit most needs at a fraction of the cost.
