I have a customer with a MICS 4.0 software release
that would like to CF an incomming DID call to a cell phone, home etc.
The have a PRI as well an a T1 card that they receive TIE line calls on.Line redirect will probably work for 1 or 2 users because they do have some copper trunks. However, this could be a cans of worms I do not want to open .
Thanks in advance for any positive replies and or ideas.

Upgrade to 4.1, which will let you forward calls out of the system. You can probably find it on ebay cheap.

you should be able to setup a route to the PRI(should already be setup), then use call forward , access code and number.

I have done it like this before, you also need allow redirect:Y for this to work.

You can have it done Right, Quick or Cheap. Pick two.
