Is there any way to transfer a call directly to a person's cellphone, without going through the voicemail (e.g. outbound transfer) or transferring to a users (forwarded) phone? System is an MICS with PRI & CallPilot.
Client needs to transfer certain calls to the on-site handyman (cellphone). He does not have an extension or a mailbox.
The only two ways I can think of is "conference call" or using a feature from the Telco (Link/Flash + dial #).

There is a feature available called Centrex call transfer which you can put on normal POTS lines for a cost per month. This bridges the call at the CO and doesn't tie up 2 of your lines. (ie: if you used the conference method feature 70). In this case (feature 71) is used. The only problem will be trying to get the right Telco rep. to get this ordered because most of them don't have a clue what you are talking about. Good Luck!
