I have a NAM and a C, both were working when pulled, hooked up to an 824 dr5 ds and a MICS 7.1 and cant get either to work, like i said, both worked when pulled OOS, im more into startalk, am i missing something on these older vm systems?

yes i did xftest n shows no features, odd thing is, i have a phone hooked up to prt 101 shows a 7310, when i hit next, it shows port 101 and blf, i have vm on port 102

The C will not work on the 7.1. NAM must be running version 4.1 to work on the MICS 7.1.
Both should work on the 824. Make sure you are plugging into port 1 of the voice mails.

Just curious how you are connecting the NAM to the 8x24. DS-30 module, maybe!
