I have a customer that would like to change messages
via prompt maint from home. I am able to get to PM but it asks for a pass word. Any help on where to find in MM is greatly appreciated.

Can't be done with Flash. If this is with a Call Pilot, it might be possible. If so, someone will pipe up, BUT passwords will NOT be posted here. If someone elects to divulge the P/W, it would be by PM or email.

You need to Log into the Mermail with the Terminal from there you can go and look up all the Menu Passwords. Then you can change your recordings from anywhere.
