My customer has a Norstar MIC R7. What can be done so employees can answer calls from home as if they were in the office. The point to point sounds expensive and hard to configure. Call forwarding of their extention is that possible?

Yes. There is an article/thread in the FAQ's section explaining how to do this.

How do I get to this article? I look in FAQ and did not see anything that related to this topic.

You can call forward your extension before you leave the office. You must have Allow Redirect programmed for your ext. You must set up a route and destination code for a line pool. Then forward your phone: Feature 4 / Destination code / phone number
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
