I have a Pilot 100 on a MICS both with latest software, and 3 ports are busy. Tried different ports on MICS, 2 Call Pilots, re-installation and tearing my hair out. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks

I know it sounds stupid but did you try a digital phone on the ports that are not working? See if the phone works on the port to confirm you do not have a bad port.

Yes I did. The m7310 sets worked perfectly. I have spoken to a few other techs and no one has heard of this before. Thanks, Mars

When you say "3 ports do not work", A Call Pilot 100 only has 2 ports. It does have 4 channels.
Have you checked the port via Maintenance?
Did you look at the B2 channel? What does it say?
How do you have it cabled?
Using 2 line cords?
Have you replaced the line cord?

welcome
What do you mean by "busy" and how do you know they are busy? What tests have performed to determine the ports are busy?

Thanks guys. ,
When I go into Maintenance, all channels show STRTK as devices. Is there a place on the system that they are enabled or disabled? The b1 on port B and the b1 & b2 on port A show busy when they are called directly. I have replaced both line cords more than once.

You can NOT call any Voice Mail DN directly except the one that shows up when you do a F985. If you want to test the channels. Have 4 people on 4 different extensions at the same time hit F981 then do nothing. All four should show Log or Password and then in a few seconds will play the prompts that you can perform. If all 4 extensions play the prompts at the same time then all 4 channels are working.

YOU CAN NOT Dial the DN's except for the one that shows up for Feature 985.
