Hi. I'm new to the Nortel world and I just put in a BCM 50. Right now the main line rings in 4 times, then goes to auto attendant. The customer wants to have a button he can press where the line won't ring, it'll go directly to auto attendant. Can someone guide me in the right direction? Thanks

What you want to do is accomplished through a ringing service.
First set the AA to answer the lines at the correct number of rings for regular business hours.
Next, build a ring group with only the voicemail's DN in it. Then assign the applicable lines to that ring group in Night Service & set to "Manual".
Finally, program a button on the control set for the lines (usually reception or port 101) as a Ring Service button -I think it's F871.
