mics with 4.1 release 6.04. Customer had a power outage last night and this morning can not make or recieve calls. Cheked programming for protocals, signaling, provisioning, route, etc. All seems normal except if I look under trunk/line data it says trunk type PRI, but line type is Pool A. I disabled the pri card and tryed to change line type to PRI-A, but it always goes back to pool A. Would a power outage cause the PRI enabler keycodes to be erased? any suggestions would be appreciated.

Go to Hardware and make sure you card is PRI not a T1. Besides, make sure you are looking in the Trunk data for the right number(001 instead of 031) or visa versa

Thank you for your replies.
FYI - I disabled the card then went into hardware and changed the card type to a T-1, said yes to erasing the routes. I exited programming, then went back in and changed card from T-1 back to PRI, enabled the card, built my routes again and all is running well. I just love how 4.1 software has these wierd things happen. I have told the customer that it is probably time for a software upgrade.

There are many PRI bugs in 4.1.
