How do I set up different voicemail boxes for different phone lines? I put a call pilot 100 on a CICS system that has 3 voice lines. Each line is supposed to have a different voicemail message after 4 rings. This system was put in by a different tech so I don't know the original programming. Last week something happened that got rid of the voicemail box on the second line. Any ideas? Thanks

You would have to have 3 different tables, but why? Is it 3 different companies with one line each?

If you are talking about 3 different Personal Greetings then you have to program lines to ring on three different telephones otherwise you would need to create 3 dif. Tables like Dave mentioned.
