I have a customer who asked me why is it when they dial international the calls sometimes the call wont go thru. So i asked him to show me what’s happening. He dialed 9 (accessing a PRI) then he started to dial an international code then the country code then stopped for a few seconds to look at the number he was dialing and as he paused to look at the number the phone started to give a fast busy. I believe that the inter digit timer needs to be set up with more time. (I don’t know Nortel call this timer inter-digit) Thanks for any help.

It is called Dialing Timeout - Default is 4 sec.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

I always set up pre-dial in Dialing preference for extensions so situations like this don't happen.
