Hello, Can I Save the Information on a Call Pilot 100 2.0 and upload it to a Call Pilot 3.1 software without any issue's

If you upgrade it, you will be o.k. Otherwise you would have to reprogram.

You must upgrade the 2.0 machine. You can't take the saved database and upload it to another machine, the sys id's are different.

You must follow the upgrade procedure in the doc's. If all goes well the programming should stay intact.
