Nam 4.0 on a MICS Rel1/T1. When I press F981/983/985, the harddrive light on the Nam lights up continuously and the feature stays on the screen until it goes back to time and date. Any ideas.

Remove the feature codes and reboot the NAM.

Marv - I know how to remove inactive feature codes (FXFT**T) but how do you remove active ones?

The screen says "Test Back Next". If I press Test, it says Active and then I press OK. I can then go thru the feature codes and test them, but where do I delete them?

You must disconnect the NAM first to disable any feature codes it is using.

You will have to test to see if they are active.
