I just installed a CICS. Now i have radio on all lines. Is there a filter that works with Nortel?
There is a radio tower about a mile away.

Whenever we have had RF issues (with Toshiba), we use one of the following two items from Radio Shack : 100 µH RF Choke or Snap-Together Ferrite Choke Core
- Tony Ohio Data LLC Phone systems, data networks, firewalls and servers in Central Ohio. Some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected.

Have you checked the lines at the DMarc, with the system disconnected?
If you have RF there, then it's unbalanced pairs from the Telco, thus their problem.

DSL in line filters seem to work remarkdly well to filter RF
NCSS NCTS NCTE CS1000E 5.5 CallPilot 5.0
MITEL 5000 3300 NuPoint

Thanks guys, I do know that an unbalance will cause this and I will check at MPOE. Also the dsl filtered line seemed to have more radio than the others did. Off to the MPOE this morn.
