I have one station on this Meridian system that resets 3 to 4 times a day. None of the other sets have this problem. Just the one. I have ran new cable, changed the jack, changed the line cord, the phone, and the port but the problem still happens. Any ideas anyone?

(1)Check your punch connections at the block. (2)Change it to a different DN in the system to make sure it's not a flaky port.

It is an ICS system. I changed the DN this morning. The customer is going to monitor it to see if the problem continues.

Make sure you try a different port, not just change the DN in programming, since that is possible.
