You can set your queue overflow to ring a different DN on the system if you want. You need to build and initialize a mailbox for the hunt group in the Call Pilot, to get rid of the screwy announcement you are getting if you want the overflow to go to MB instead of another system DN.
I have built one hunt group to overflow to a different hunt group, etc.

Crowtalks.. Am I getting it that I cannot send an ananswed HG call go to the VM of a member of the HG? My example: HG04 members are 110 and 136. (both are set Fwd no Answer = 249, the VM) A call comes in, and the caller selects option x at the AA's voiceprompt, which is HG04. Hark -the phones at 110 & 136 are ringing, but both these users are away from their desks. - Bam -after 4 rings, I get the "the person you have called is not available" message.
I'd **like** the unanswered HG04 call to go to the VM associated with Ext136, not a separate Mbx. Am I trying for an unattainable?
PS is that a BMW or a Kawasaki in yr avatar? I loaded a pic in my profile but no show in posts.. !>offtopichaha< !
I'm asking 'cos I don't know how it works, there's people beating me to find out, and well, I'd just like the durn thing to work!

You will need to set the overflow of the HG to ext 136.
Also I suggest you train the user at ext 136 to use F984 (call forward to voice mail) when both people are away from their desk.
Or simplify the whole process and use ANS DN for 136 on 110 and point your CCR entry to 136.

It's a BMW K100...it does kinda resemble the Concours, though.
