Hi,
we have 2 groupes of lines from differents operators, The Marketing staff have access to all lines, but we want them to use first the group1(operator1-because is the cheapest) then if the lines are busy pick the lines from the second group(operator2)
I tied to understand the prog 220 - 223 through the pc admin programmation manual but just it doesn't make sence for me.
If someone can explain to me step by step how can I do the operation I want and understand what they mean with each program, that will be great.

LG and Nortel made an IP switch with the most ugliest phones I ever seen. I don't know why but it's there.
