I am trying to add another Dial Intercom Group to one of my switches. Does anyone know what the process is. I am adding it to an 11cCompact 23.55. I was in load 15, but the directions that I was given don't seem to work.

LD 15 only shows the max number of DIGs. On the set you're programming put in key number DIG XX member and ring or voice.

I can program the set to DIG 1 but cannot program the set to DIG 2. I am splitting floors in a building and am trying to add this set to group 2. But there is no DIG 2?

Sorry...found the answer myself. LD 15 CHG FTR_DATA DGRP (from 1 to 3) had to add one more than what I was trying to program. If I added 2, I could not program in any DIG 2's, but if I added DGRP 3, I could program in my second set of DIG's......if that makes sense?
