I am looking on information of how to add Music on Hold to Nortel Meridian Digital Centrex.

We've done this with local ISDN Centrex on a 5ESS office. We had to have the telco deliver a circuit to the premises and we sent our music to them via this circuit. The telco just applied our music to the trunk groups serving our Centrex customer. I'm sure it's comparable with the Nortel equipment.

As EV607797 says, your Telco will provide a dry loop for you to tie your music source to and then they add the MOH to your Centrex group, whether you have IBNs or 5316s
