I have hooked up the StarTalk to port 243. when I process a DN status I get P122 DN243 (Idle).
When I try F9*0.. I get the message inactive feature.
What might I be doing wrong?
I have a "StarTalk Flash" at my work and unit is a going to be a donation to a local churh. I setup the one at work but the "StarTalk" does not want to cooperate.

What Software Rel. on StarTalk and What kind of Norstar you are trying to hook up to? Reset both system and VM.

 to the greatest telecom forum on the web. Not all voice mails work with all Norstar systems. Vad60's question is key. F9*0 is not a voice mail feature code.

You say "reset" you do mean power down and back on?

Did that something is not clicking. DN status shows STK1 but not working

A "StarTalk" A,B or C is not compatible with a MICS system, if that's what you have.

it is a Norstar 8X25 and this system was setup together when taken out of service.
