I'm trying to connect to a RAD via NRU 11 and I keep getting a "No Carrier" error. Any idea what that means? I have connected to this RAD many times before.

A reboot of the RAD may fix it. Failing that, you'll have to go on site and verify the settings and passwrd in th RAD. (FAst RAD for NRU 11)
