Anybody install a CS1000E. Its what NorTel said we need for one of our clients That would mean more schooling ect... Just wanting some imput on it. :confused:

No just the BCM400 and Mics CICs Looking into course. A real monster I take it?

What are you quoting beside the CS1000E? Contact Center? Optivity? Call Pilot? If so, you are looking at a lot of school and personally it is apple and oranges compared to a BCM. Plus the schools are taught by Global Knowledge and are greatly lacking.JMO

What RLS of software (4.5/5.0/5.5/??) and what processor card are you using?
The day before you cut over - make sure you get the latest DEPlist from Nortel installed.
