Yes they are.

Ringer can be set using F*80.
Speakerphone - where you leave it is where it stays.
Page - It is just Loud - no adjustments
Handset - depends on the programming.
If set for System, it will go back to normal setting the next time it is used.
If set for Set, It will stay at the last volume it was set at when you hang up the phone.

Someone else can jump in here for further verification, but I believe there is no volume adjustment for page volume through the phone-set.
I sure don't know of any.
I tested it on my phones here, but I do have low rev phones.

Marv: Did you try it on any of your phones??
I know I have older Rev phones, but I put my HF and my handset to lowest volume, Then paged.
It came through loud and clear not low volume.

Try a higher rev, but I think it will be the same.
That is what paging is for, so that people can hear it, and you can't turn it down.

Go ahead -I don't mind being wrong. Tell me.

The only way to adjust volume on page to phones is to adjust when some one pages.
I have to go to two of my customers when there systems reset and lower the page on all phones
one at a time.
