Not answering for Marv, but in my opinion, it will be easier for you to reprogram now than if you had been using auto set relocation. I believe we took them to 7.1 out of a last ditch effort to try everything. There was easily a 10-20 second delay on this switch. They could actually answer a call and have to sit and wait for it to every come through. If you want to talk with the tech that handled it, email me and I can put you in touch. As I said, this one only had about 32 trunks but they were BUSY!

Sounds Like They Had The Same Issue.

Let me talk to the person that had that issue.

My phone is 214.455.7735

I don't think re-programming will help.
I'm going to order a channel bank and transfer
several lines to it so I can feed the KSU with
a T1 rather than a bunch of Analog Lines.

Are there is AA answer a call or live Operator? In case with AA if all ports busy you would have a RNA until any port become Available.
