Looking for some help on why when my primary line is busy XXX-4055 and someone calls and it goes to my second line XXX-8055, if I don't answer it then forwards to the main line for the building instead of going to voicemail. The system is a Nortel Opt 11 with Call Pilot VM. Below is the TN of this extension:

Is there any chance the caller is actually dialing 8055? If so, you would need to add 8055 as an additional DN in the CP mailbox. I can't really see any other reason it shouldn't work...
BTW, It's not a bad idea to program KEY 1 SCR 8055 D so that when you use that line to dial out callers still see 4055.

That is very likely a possibility but I don't see how a customer would know that number? It's just the secondary DN - I will make the changes suggested and test. Thanks for the help.
