I have a customer complaining that their unified messaging doesn't work on their Blackberry. It downloads to the Outlook fine. I think it has something to do with the CP having its own folder in Outlook and the Blackberry only syncing with the INBOX.
Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

For what its worth ... Nortel just introduced a new feature on BCM50r3.0 that will eventually roll out to other products. It will allow you to forward voice and fax messages to any email address using Mailbox Manager.

Nortel is the only one whose Unified Messaging is not truly unified. Problem with getting it to play on a blackberry is because of the proprietary player that is used to play the audio files. Nortel uses .vbk files instead of .wav. The new feature that SupportGuy is referring to is actually a patch for the 3.0 version of the BCM50 and is currently available on the Nortel website.
