I have a couple of this phones (NTEX00BA) that I can't get them to work with the BCM50.
The phones keep restaring.
Anyone knows how to do a firmware updade on them ?

Do you have enoguth licenses for this phones

I have a NTEX00BB that works ok and took the firmware upgrade but not the NTEX00BA phones.
I have enough licences for ip.

I found out how to get it fix.
You need a Nortel dealer and a jar of vaseline.
